We tailor our Fitness Weeks to meet our guests’ needs—including the dates (below are suggested dates but please ask if there is a week that better fits your schedule). If your group wants more or less of any activity such as walking, cycling or yoga, we will adjust the schedule and the intensity from beginner to advanced. We can customize your healthy eating options, too! Plus, we are happy to line up cooking classes and other activities specific to your group. Just say the word and we’ll make it happen.
Our signature fitness vacation with added spa treatments, spiritual guidance and friend making with local women artists, writers, chefs and more … take a class with them or just hang out! We will include you in community special events once we know the dates of your visit. Nothing to do but receive and have fun!
