Frida Kahlo Tribute
As a nomad travelling around the world, one of my goals is to learn about people of special significance in each country I visit. I draw inspiration from this to create a totally unique kind of travel video. In Mexico, I learned a lot about the life of iconic artist Frida Kahlo. I took things she said and wrote and arranged her beautiful words into a sort of spoken word poem I call a Word Collage. This video was shot in the cities of Guanajuato and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. This is my love letter to a country that stole a piece of my heart. This video is the first in my new Word Collage series.
